The JYZ-140 Multi-Needle Tenderizing Machineadopts a mechanical tenderizing method that gently cuts and loosens the meat surface and internal structure using multiple sharp stainless steel blades or needles. As the needles penetrate the meat, they effectively break down connective tissues, tendons, and ligaments, improving the meat’s tenderness and texture.

 

 

This tenderizing process which ensures your meat preparation process is reliable and repeatable. Next process allows to penetrate deeply and evenly into the meat fibers, enhancing flavor absorption and moisture retention. As a result, the machine significantly shortens the tumbling or marinating time, improves the overall product yield and consistency, and ensures better mouthfeel and appearance after cooking.
